Not all smooth sailing

A couple of issues today:

The join in the bi fold doors was extremely poor and damaged in the wet.
Fortunately the installers were diligent enough to refuse to install the doors until the carpenters had replaced the timber.
Concerned that the site supervisor didn't pick this up.

Poor quality workmanship
The sliding door to the butlers pantry has the wrong glass, should be translucent,

Clear glass into the pantry?

The ducted Vacuum was installed today. The location of the ducts is not ideal as they are not architectural fittings and could look out of place. Fortunately our walls are light and they shouldn't be too obvious. The installer explained the limitations to where they can be located to get the pipe work to flow. This isn't explained by Metricon during contract.
Ducted Vac Point In The Entrance

Wall Plates are plain and only in white. Disappointing after having coloured PowerPoints etc.
Price you pay for convenience.

I also requested the nstaller not to install one of theTV points but leave the cable in the roof so we can relocate later as the planned location isn't suitable. He said he couldn't, I will take this up with the supervisor. We are not asking for any extras, infact one less socket.
